Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details within the cancellation period. Once the cancellation request is confirmed, the order will be processed according to the refund terms below.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only eligible if work on the requested service or task has not yet begun.

  • If the task has not been started, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • If the task has already commenced, the order is not eligible for a refund, even if the cancellation request is made within the 2-day cancellation window.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
